Misconduct by Athletics staff

The following resources are available to anyone who needs them, including staff, faculty, and other academic appointees, postdocs, and students.

Cal Athletics takes violations of University and Department of Athletics policies, NCAA bylaws, and federal and state laws seriously. They have selected EthicsPoint to provide a confidential means for reporting suspected misconduct or concerns regarding Cal Athletics staff.

To report possible violations of University and Department of Athletics policies, NCAA bylaws, and federal state laws by an Athletics employee, you file a report online using the Cal Athletics Ethicpoints website or by calling 800-403-4744. All reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be reviewed by Campus and Athletic Administration.

Anyone can report violations of law or policy to the UC Whistleblower Hotline.

The Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination (OPHD)
