Reporting academic misconduct

Center for Student Conduct (CSC)

To report academic misconduct by undergraduate students, please complete and submit a report to CSC. The CSC website has more information about academic misconduct.

Graduate Division Graduate Student Academic Integrity

When an instructor suspects that a graduate student has committed academic misconduct, they must first discuss the allegations with their chair or dean and with the Graduate Division to confirm that the student does not have a prior record of academic misconduct. Reporting research misconduct

Research Integrity Officer

To report research misconduct, please submit a complaint to the Research Integrity Officer in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research. The Vice Chancellor for Research website has more information.
