A student may grieve an alleged violation of privacy rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) by contacting the Office of the Registrar.
The Privacy Office (privacyoffice@berkeley.edu) is a resource for all on issues of privacy or FERPA violations. Information security or privacy violations can also be reported to the UC Whistleblower Hotline.
